- The 30-Hour Famine is a global youth movement where participants fast for 30 hours to raise funds for those struggling against hunger and poverty every day.
- 30-Hour Famine participants will learn about global issue affecting the poor, play interactive and educational games and find out how they are making an impact.
- This event will be held from 10am on July 1 to 4pm on July 2 at Persatuan Ka Yin, NO.63B (Level 3), Jalan Sultan, 50000 Kuala Lumpur
- The opening ceremony will be emceed by Chrystina Ng from 8TV and oneFM.
- Participants will also get to attend the 30-Hour Famine Countdown at Stadium Melawati on July 30 featuring top international and local artistes such as Rachel Liang, Jeryl Lee Pei Ling, Fuying & Sam and many more.
- This event is conducted in English & Mandarin.
- Themed “One Future, No Hunger”, the event is expected to attract 35,000 participants nationwide.
